Jobot is seeking a Litigation Defense Attorney to join our dynamic legal team in New Jersey. This role focuses on representing clients in the commercial transportation and construction defense matters, with at least 3 years of insurance defense experience.

The ideal candidate will hold a JD from an accredited law school, be licensed in NJ (PA is a plus), and manage a diverse caseload, perform strong research, draft pleadings, and negotiate settlements.

We are currently seeking a Litigation Defense Attorney to join our dynamic legal team.

This role offers a unique opportunity to represent clients in the commercial transportation industry. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of insurance defense experience.

Responsibilities

• Representing clients in all stages of litigation, including pre-trial preparation, trial, and appeals.


• Managing a diverse caseload of commercial transportation and construction defense matters.


• Developing and implementing litigation strategies to achieve favorable resolutions for our clients.


• Conducting thorough legal research and analysis to identify potential legal issues and provide sound legal advice.


• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of legal documents, including pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and settlement agreements.


• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional client service.


• Collaborating with other attorneys and legal professionals to ensure a coordinated and efficient approach to case management.


• Staying updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends to provide proactive legal guidance to clients.

Qualifications
