Associate - Products Liability / Asbestos Litigation - LA, CA (Remote)

Candidates must be local to the LA area to be considered.

Our partner, a New York-based law firm, is seeking an attorney to join their Los Angeles office. The firm represents a diverse range of clients, including Fortune 500 companies, small businesses, and individuals, in civil litigation and complex business disputes. The candidate will work closely with experienced lawyers who will mentor them and provide increasing responsibilities and client contact opportunities. Candidates must be self-starters with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications:

1. Must reside in the Los Angeles metro area.
2. Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
3. Admitted to the California State Bar.
4. At least 1 year of experience in products liability and/or asbestos litigation.
5. Experience conducting due diligence.
6. Outstanding communication skills.
7. This is a remote position, but candidates must live in California.

Salary range: $140,000 - $180,000 annually.
