The ideal candidate has Nevada Bar licensure, 0–10 years of civil litigation experience, and strong research, writing, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Support senior attorneys in handling creditors' rights litigation and related matters.
• Draft pleadings, motions, legal correspondence, and discovery documents.
• Appear in court on routine matters and assist with trial preparation.
• Conduct legal research and stay current with applicable statutes and case law.
• Review case files and assist in developing case strategy.
• Maintain case management systems and ensure accuracy of legal documentation.
• Communicate with clients, courts, and opposing counsel under supervision.
• Collaborate with legal staff to meet deadlines and court requirements.

Your Role: Key Responsibilities
