Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Attorney with a minimum of 5+ years of Personal Injury litigation to join our growing Chattanooga, TN office. This position offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment with experienced attorneys and dedicated support staff while representing a diverse range of clients in complex Workers' Compensation matters.

Base pay range

$100,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr

Location: Chattanooga, Tennessee

Employment Type: Full-Time

Experience Required: 5+ years

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of active files, including legal research, drafting pleadings, motions, and briefs.
