Position Overview: We seek an experienced and motivated Attorney to manage personal injury cases independently from intake through resolution, while also providing support and collaboration to senior attorneys on complex trial preparation. The ideal candidate will have strong litigation skills, impeccable organizational abilities, excellent legal writing capabilities, and a proven commitment to client service and professional excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Independently manage personal injury cases through all phases of litigation, including client intake, investigation, discovery, negotiation, mediation, arbitration, and trial.
• Draft and argue motions, conduct depositions, and handle court appearances effectively and professionally.
• Analyze and summarize medical records, expert reports, and complex case documentation.
• Support senior attorneys in trial preparation, including developing trial strategy, creating compelling demonstrative evidence, witness preparation, and drafting pre-trial and post-trial briefs.
• Engage in regular communication with clients, keeping them informed, addressing their questions, and providing compassionate guidance throughout the legal process.
• Work collaboratively with legal assistants, paralegals, and other attorneys to ensure high-quality representation and efficient case management.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Active membership and good standing with the Washington State Bar.
• Minimum 3-5 years of litigation experience, with demonstrated success in handling plaintiff personal injury cases independently.
• Experience with catastrophic injury claims, auto and trucking collisions, and wrongful death cases is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
• Proven ability to manage deadlines, prioritize tasks effectively, and maintain organization under pressure.
• Trial experience or substantial experience supporting senior attorneys in trial preparation is strongly preferred.
