Larson Maddox is seeking a Litigation Attorney with 3-15 years of experience to join our Bay Area practice in a hybrid role. The attorney will handle matters from inception through resolution, draft pleadings and discovery, conduct legal research, take depositions, and shape case strategy.

The position emphasizes client interaction and exposure to a diverse portfolio of high-exposure matters. Candidates should have strong research, writing, and analytical skills, with deposition experience

Qualifications

• 3-15 years of litigation experience
• Experience handling personal injury defense, product liability, and/or general liability matters
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
• Deposition experience preferred
• Ability to manage cases independently and work collaboratively within a team environment
• Trial preparation and courtroom experience are a plus for more senior candidates

Responsibilities

• Handle litigation matters from inception through resolution

A well-established and growing California litigation firm is seeking a Litigation Attorney with 3-15 years of experience to join its expanding Bay Area practice. This opportunity offers hands‑on litigation experience, meaningful client interaction, and the ability to work on a diverse portfolio of high‑exposure cases.

The firm’s practice includes the defense of personal injury, product liability, and general liability matters, along with business, insurance, and real‑estate‑related litigation. Attorneys are given substantial responsibility and are encouraged to take an active role in case strategy and client relationships.

Work Arrangement

This is a hybrid position. Attorneys are expected to be in the office approximately 3-4 days per week during onboarding and integration, with additional flexibility available thereafter based on performance and practice needs. The position is not fully remote.
