Litigation Associate Attorney Role

The Litigation Associate Attorney will manage a diverse caseload while working closely with partners and senior attorneys throughout all stages of litigation. This role offers significant opportunities for professional development, client interaction, and trial experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing litigation matters from inception through resolution
• Conducting legal research and drafting pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery responses
• Participating in depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials
• Developing case strategies in collaboration with partners and clients
• Conducting witness interviews and fact investigations
• Managing discovery and document review processes
• Preparing clients and witnesses for depositions and court proceedings
• Maintaining regular communication with clients regarding case developments
• Negotiating settlements and participating in alternative dispute resolution proceedings
• Collaborating with attorneys across practice groups to achieve client objectives
• Contributing to the firm's culture of teamwork, mentorship, and professional excellence

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school
