Job summary

Dallas-based law firm seeks a Real Estate Attorney to handle real estate and title matters, with appetite for meaningful litigation work. The role combines real estate/title disputes with active litigation, offering a sophisticated caseload and a collaborative team environment.

Salary is $150,000–$175,000 with tiered bonus potential, and a hybrid work arrangement in Dallas, TX. Texas Bar admission is required; excellent research, writing, negotiation, and advocacy skills are essential.

• Experience with title claims, title insurance, or underwriting.
• Civil litigation or insurance defense background with real estate/title experience acceptable.

I’m currently recruiting for a Real Estate Attorney opportunity with a well‑established legal practice in Dallas.

This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who enjoys real estate/title matters but also wants meaningful litigation work.

What You'll Do

• Handle real estate and title‑related litigation and disputes
• Work on title claims, property disputes, and related litigation matters
• Represent clients through various stages of litigation
• Analyze complex title, coverage, contractual, and real estate issues
• Work closely with a strong support team to efficiently manage matters

What We’re Looking For

• Attorney with real estate or title experience AND litigation experience
• Experience with title claims, title insurance, or underwriting is highly relevant
• Attorneys coming from civil litigation or insurance defense may also be considered with applicable real estate/title experience
• Strong research, writing, negotiation, and litigation skills
• Texas Bar admission
