We are seeking an Associate Attorney to join a growing Dallas-based practice focused on real estate title litigation. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who enjoys handling complex property disputes, title issues, and litigation matters while developing substantial responsibility and courtroom experience.

The ideal candidate will have strong litigation skills, excellent legal writing abilities, and an interest in or experience with real estate law, title disputes, and property-related litigation.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Handle litigation involving real estate title disputes and property ownership issues
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, briefs, and other legal documents
• Conduct legal research and develop case strategy
• Manage discovery and participate in depositions
• Represent clients in hearings, mediations, and other court proceedings
• Work closely with clients, title companies, and other parties involved in real estate disputes
• Collaborate with senior attorneys while taking on increasing responsibility for matters
