Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for an Attorney located in Colorado. This role is perfect for someone who wants flexibility in their schedule and a rewarding position that is less focused on billables and more on client satisfaction and work-life balance. The Attorney will be responsible for drafting and revising business contracts and real estate purchase agreements, conducting legal research, and handling contract and real estate disputes.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Contract and Real Estate Law
• Strong experience drafting contracts – construction industry experience a plus
• Strong skills in providing Legal Advice and conducting thorough Research
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Admitted to practice law in the state of Colorado
• Previous experience in a law firm or legal department is advantageous
