We are seeking an attorney to assist the Funds with matters involving employee benefit plans, regulatory compliance, trust administration, and general legal services. Working under the guidance of senior attorneys, this position conducts legal research, drafts legal documents, analyzes regulatory requirements, and provides day-to-day legal support to internal departments. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a recent law school graduate or early-career attorney to develop expertise in employee benefits law, ERISA, and multiemployer benefit plan administration.
$120,000-$145,000 ( The posted range of pay represents the anticipated pay scale for this position. Final pay will be determined based on a variety of job-related factors, including, but not limited to, skills, experience, education, certifications, internal equity, and organizational needs.)
