Job description

Remote alert. Mid sized law firm seeks a senior transnational securities attorney. Underwriter representation given priority. This is a fully remote opportunity. Firm has been remote for over 5 years and has no intention of asking people to come back into the office. 5 plus years experience needed in the following:

• IPO
• Forms S-1 / F-1
• FINRA form 5110
• On going compliance / quarterly compliance forms
• Cross border M&A experience is valued but not required

Firm is not a stickler on billables and with the exception of when a deal is finalizing, weekends are respected.

Compensation will be based on experience. I provided a range that candidates have been hired for previously but others outside that range are encouraged to apply.
