The Attorney will work on-site at the firm’s Atlanta, GA office in a contract role, supporting complex litigation and advisory matters. Day-to-day responsibilities include drafting and reviewing pleadings, motions, contracts, and policy documents; conducting legal research and analysis on issues related to labor and employment, corporate governance, and compliance; and preparing memoranda and client communications. The role involves providing practical legal advice to clients, participating in negotiations, and collaborating with partners and other team members on case strategy and matter management.
