The Litigation Associate Attorney will handle a broad range of civil litigation matters, including drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery responses, as well as conducting legal research to support case strategy. Day-to-day responsibilities include taking and defending depositions, attending hearings and conferences, participating in mediations, and preparing cases for trial under the supervision of senior attorneys. The attorney will collaborate closely with clients, partners, and support staff to evaluate risk, develop case themes, and provide timely case updates. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Atlanta, GA, requiring regular presence in local and regional courts and the firm’s office.
