Job summary

Case Construction & Restoration is seeking a Lead Carpenter to take control of a job site from start to finish. This is a working leadership role; you’ll be hands-on in the field while managing a small crew to keep projects on track and meet our high standards.

You’ll need finish and rough carpentry expertise, the ability to read blueprints, strong communication, safety focus, and leadership potential to grow into higher roles within our growing, family-run team.

Qualifications

• Must have proven finish and rough carpentry experience.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and blueprints.
• Strong communication skills and professionalism on job sites.
• Commitment to job site safety and OSHA guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Execute high-quality finish carpentry installations.
• Perform skilled rough carpentry including framing and hardware installation.
• Read and follow blueprints, plans, and project specs.
• Work independently and as part of a team as project needs.
• Communicate clearly with project managers, team members, and customers.
