Job summary

Attic Projects LLC is hiring a Crew Lead for attic and crawl space restoration, overseeing timelines, budgets, and a small crew. You will mentor team members and serve as the main client contact, ensuring satisfaction and professional conduct.

This role offers hands-on leadership, training on safety and installation techniques, and opportunities for advancement within a growing company recognized on INC5K lists.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in attic and crawl space restoration, rodent proofing, insulation installation (1+ year) and related trades.
• Proven leadership with 2+ years; ability to mentor 3-4 crew members.
• Proficient PPE use: respirators, masks, eyewear, gloves, Tyvek, knee pads.
• Experience in insulation/rodent control is a strong plus.
• Strong problem solving skills.
• Excellent ability to manage client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of crews.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulations.
• Trains/mentors crew on installation techniques and safe material handling.
• Manages assets: personnel, material, tools, equipment.
• Communicates job progress, material requirements, and issues.
• Ensures work meets company standards and client expectations.
• Resolves conflicts among crew members.
• Oversees loading/unloading materials and equipment.
• Serves as primary contact for clients during job execution.
• Manages project paperwork including material usage and labor.
• Gets job completion paperwork signed and verifies payment.
• Completes end-of-day paperwork.
