Job summary

Northeast Healthcare Recruitment, Inc. (NEHCR) seeks an Attending Physician to oversee medical care for residents in skilled nursing facilities in Andover, MA. This PRN role offers clinical autonomy, collaboration with NPs/PAs, and no on-call or overnight duties.

You will lead care plans, participate in quality initiatives, and utilize an intuitive EHR with AI scribe support and UpToDate for real-time decision making.

Qualifications

• Active MD or DO with unrestricted license or eligibility for licensure.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in FM, IM, Geri, PM&R & ED.
• Excellent communication, leadership and clinical decision-making skills.
• Commitment to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Oversee medical care for residents in assigned SNFs.
• Collaborate with NPs/PAs to provide team-based care and clinical oversight.
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions; develop individualized care plans.
• Participate in Chronic Care Management, Transitional Care Management and QI initiatives.
