Job summary

Eventus WholeHealth is seeking an Attending Physician to steward population health within our Outcomes-Centered Healthcare model, providing leadership in client facilities and working closely with Advanced Practice Clinicians to achieve excellence in patient care and professional client relations.

The role ensures high-quality, accountable, team-based care across facilities, with potential for Medical Directorship responsibilities and clinical leadership within one or more facilities.

Qualifications

• MD/DO required, board cert in IM/FM/geriatrics preferred
• CMD certification a plus; required within 2 years if Medical Directorship is held
• Active/unrestricted medical license in applicable state(s); DEA registration as required

Responsibilities

• Provide population-health stewardship within Eventus WholeHealth's Outcomes-Centered Healthcare model
• Lead in client facilities and collaborate with Advanced Practice Clinicians to achieve excellence in patient care
• Ensure high-quality, accountable, team-based care across assigned facilities
• Possibly serve in a Medical Directorship capacity with clinical leadership and oversight

Education

Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine

Board certification in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatrics

CMD certification

Active/unrestricted medical license in applicable state(s)

DEA registration
