Qualifications

• Board-certified physician with experience in primary care and long-term care (LTC).
• Strong leadership skills to mentor NPs and PAs.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary care provider for residents in skilled nursing facilities.
• Conduct patient rounds and collaborate with NPs/PAs.
• Diagnose and treat acute illnesses and manage chronic conditions.
