Job summary

Infinite Medical P.C. is seeking an Attending Physician to oversee primary medical care for residents at our skilled nursing facilities in Browns Valley, Minnesota. You will work with a dedicated NP or PA to ensure high-quality patient care and smooth clinical operations.

This part-time role offers growth opportunities toward Medical Director leadership, with a path to expand administrative responsibilities within the organization. Board-certified physicians with LTC experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Board-certified physician with experience in primary care and long-term care (LTC).
• Ability to mentor NPs and PAs in delivering care.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 20 pounds and stand/walk/work on feet up to 6–8 hours per day.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary care provider for residents in Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs).
• Conduct patient rounds with NPs and PAs to assess and manage resident care.
• Diagnose and treat acute illnesses while overseeing chronic conditions.
• Discuss treatment plans, prognosis, and advance care planning with residents and families.
• Maintain accurate medical records and ensure adherence to healthcare regulations.
• Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and specialists to provide comprehensive care.

Job Summary

Infinite Medical P.C. is seeking an Attending Physician to take on the responsibility of overseeing and managing the primary medical care for residents at our facilities. In this role, you will act as the primary care provider for the patients, ensuring their overall health and well‑being. You will have a dedicated full‑time Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to support you in this role, working collaboratively with you to provide excellent patient care.

This position offers a unique opportunity for professional growth, with the potential to evolve into a Medical Director/Attending Physician leadership role for candidates interested in expanding their clinical and administrative responsibilities within the organization.
