The MedElite Group is seeking a dedicated Attending Physician in Little Falls, MN. In this part-time position, you will oversee primary medical care for residents at our skilled nursing and long-term care facilities, supported by a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA).

Job Summary

Infinite Medical P.C. seeks an Attending Physician to oversee primary medical care for residents at our skilled nursing and long‑term care facilities. You will serve as the primary care provider, ensuring residents’ health and well‑being, with a full‑time Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) supporting you.

This position offers professional growth, with potential advancement to a Medical Director/Attending Physician role.

Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary care provider for residents in Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs), responsible for their medical management.
  • Conduct patient rounds, collaborating with NPs and PAs to assess and manage resident care.
  • Diagnose and treat patients with acute illnesses while overseeing ongoing medical conditions.
  • Discuss treatment plans, prognosis, and advance care planning with residents and families.
  • Maintain accurate medical records and ensure adherence to healthcare regulations.
  • Work closely with nurses, therapists, and specialists to provide comprehensive care.
Requirements
  • A board‑certified physician with experience in primary care and long‑term care (LTC).
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to support and mentor NPs and PAs in delivering care.
  • Must be able to lift a minimum of 20 pounds and stand/walk/work on your feet up to 6‑8 hours per day.
