Job summary

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of customer service, event support/planning or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Attendee Support & Customer Service: Provide professional, timely support to attendees with questions related to registration, ticketing, event logistics and general show information.
• Attendee Communications & Resources: Help create and distribute FAQs, guides and other informational resources for attendees.
• Event Preparation & Logistics: Coordinate supply orders for registration and event materials, including badge stock, ribbons, staff shirts and staff badges.
• On‑Site NAB Show Support: Assist attendees with questions, registration needs and event logistics.
• Post-Show: Compile observations, feedback and recommendations to help improve attendee services and future events.
