Job summary

Bally's Interactive in Shreveport is seeking a Slot Attendant to safeguard slot assets and ensure smooth operation of their assigned area. You will observe slot machines for malfunctions, assist the public with machines, and report issues to the Slot Supervisor as needed.

The role requires standing for long periods, manual dexterity, and the ability to work in a loud, smoking environment around slot machines. The position is hourly and salary begins at $8.84 per hour.

Qualifications

• Regularly stand, walk and use hands to finger, handle, or feel.
• Reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, crouch repeatedly to take and return bags to compartments, or crawl; and talk or hear.
• Climb or balance occasionally as needed.
• Must lift and/or move up to 5 pounds regularly.
• Vision includes close, distance, color, peripheral, depth, focus.

Responsibilities

• Safeguarding of slot assets under their control.
• Observe the slot machines for malfunctions.
• Assists the public with slot machines.
• If a slot machine is malfunctioning, reports it to the Slot Supervisor.
• Ensures a smooth operation of their assigned area.
• Performs related duties as assigned.
• This job has no supervisory responsibilities.
• Other duties may be assigned.

• The employee is occasionally required to climb or balance.
• The employee must regularly and frequently lift and/or move up to 5 pounds.
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
• Lifting of hopper bags continuously.
• Vision correctable to 20/20.
• Must be able to stand for at least 8 consecutive hours.
• Regular attendance in conformance with standards, which may be established by Bally's from time to time, is essential to the successful performance of this position.

Work Environment:

• The employee is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts, risk of electrical shock, and vibration.
• The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.li>
• Includes Slot machines. Must be able to work in a smoking environment.

Target Salary Range:

• $8.84/Hr
