Job summary

Bally's Corporation is seeking a slot attendant to safeguard assets and assist guests at the gaming floor in a fast-paced environment.

You will monitor slot machines for malfunctions, report issues to the Slot Supervisor, and help ensure smooth operations in your assigned area. This role requires standing for long periods and working in a smoking environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 5 pounds.
• Able to work in a smoking environment.
• Good observational skills to monitor slot machines.

• If a slot machine is malfunctioning, reports it to the Slot Supervisor.

Competencies

• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel;
• Reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, crouch repeatedly to take and return bags to compartments, or crawl; and talk or hear.
• The employee is occasionally required to climb or balance.
• The employee must regularly and frequently lift and/or move up to 5 pounds.
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
• Lifting of hopper bags continuously.
• Vision correctable to 20/20.
• Must be able to stand for at least 8 consecutive hours.
• Regular attendance in conformance with standards, which may be established by Bally’s from time to time, is essential to the successful performance of this position.

Work Environment

• The employee is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts, risk of electrical shock, and vibration.
• The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.
• Includes Slot machines. Must be able to work in a smoking environment.

Target Salary Range

• $8.84/Hr
