Job Summary:

As a Slot Floor Attendant, you will provide timely and efficient slot service to casino patrons. This position's starting wage is $15 plus tips! This position will work nights and weekends; ranging from 10p-7a.

Essential Functions:

• Develops, maintains a Service Culture that ensures the delivery of Superior internal/external guest service by all team members.


• Ensures department adheres to all regulatory, departmental and company policies and procedures.


• Knowledge of all promotions and events.


• All other duties assigned.

Qualifications:

• High School graduate or equivalent


• Excellent customer service skills


• Respond to visual and aural cues


• Read, write, speak, and understand English


• Able to work flexible shifts


• Operate in mentally and physically stressful situations


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills


• Must be willing to do some mechanical and troubleshooting of slot machines


• Must possess cash handling skills


• Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays.


• Basic computer skills

Physical Requirements:

• Physically mobile with reasonable accommodations


• Able to wear earpiece and use a radio

Environmental Working Conditions:

• The work environment contains bright lights, loud noise, and stressful situations.


• Able to be confined to a small area for a long period of time
