Job Summary:

As a Slot Floor Attendant, you will provide timely and efficient slot service to casino patrons. This position's starting wage is $15 plus tips! This position will work nights and weekends; ranging from 10p-7a.

Essential Functions:

1. Develops and maintains a Service Culture that ensures the delivery of Superior internal/external guest service by all team members.
2. Ensures department adheres to all regulatory, departmental, and company policies and procedures.
3. Knowledge of all promotions and events.
4. All other duties assigned.

Qualifications:

1. High School graduate or equivalent
2. Excellent customer service skills
3. Respond to visual and aural cues
4. Read, write, speak, and understand English
5. Able to work flexible shifts
6. Operate in mentally and physically stressful situations
7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
8. Must be willing to do some mechanical and troubleshooting of slot machines
9. Must possess cash handling skills
10. Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
11. Basic computer skills

Physical Requirements:

1. Physically mobile with reasonable accommodations
2. Able to wear earpiece and use a radio

Environmental Working Conditions:

1. The work environment contains bright lights, loud noise, and stressful situations.
2. Able to be confined to a small area for a long period of time
