  • Shift: Evening (3:00p - 11:30p), every other weekend/holiday
  • Evening Shift Differential: $2.00/hour

Position Summary

The Shift Lead Associate provides supervision to team members, addressing procedural and behavioral issues as they occur. They offer technical expertise to support team functions, review and give feedback on quality and productivity, and handle complex tasks within the team.

Minimum Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Two (2) years of experience in registration and/or customer service or a combination thereof
Preferred Qualifications
  • One (1) year registration experience preferred
