Job Summary:

The Pool Attendants are passionate about excellence and deliver exceptional service to members and guests. They oversee swimming and water activities, ensuring safety and enjoyment.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Create memorable Member and guest experiences by delivering exceptional hospitality.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in the pool area and related workstations.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the menu, including daily features, specials, and all beverages available at the Club.
• Follow all safety and health procedures, comply with state and federal liquor laws, and uphold Company Safety and Sanitation Standards.
• Address and resolve customer complaints promptly to ensure service recovery.

About You:

• Preferred: One year of food service-related experience.
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced or high-pressure environment.
• Effective conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.
• Food Handler and Alcohol Certifications as required by local regulations.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
