This is a part-time position paying $19 per hour. The schedule includes Saturday & Sundays from 11AM-7PM, 2PM-9PM, 3PM-11PM, and all holidays.

A typical day at one of our pool decks…

As a Pool Attendant/Lifeguard, you will work at some of the most exclusive addresses in the area. You are the first point of contact for residents and their guests at the pool. Your primary goal is to create a safe and enjoyable environment.

Your focus is to make residents feel at home by showing genuine sincerity and appreciation while ensuring their safety.

Additional responsibilities include:

• Greeting and assisting pool guests courteously.
• Providing information about pool hours and relevant details promptly.
• Enforcing pool safety rules politely.
• Setting up and arranging pool furniture for relaxation and enjoyment.
• Monitoring the pool area constantly to prevent accidents and respond to emergencies.
• Maintaining accurate records of attendance and incidents.
• Working outdoors in various weather conditions, including heat and sunlight.
• Stocking the pool stand with approved amenities.
• Monitoring weather conditions and following protocols for swimmer safety.
• Following property procedures for resident, guest, and vendor access.
• Maintaining a professional appearance in your uniform.
• Interacting positively with residents and guests.
