Job summary

Seminole Hard Rock is seeking an Attendant for Plum Lounge to support servers by cleaning tables and keeping side stations stocked. You will assist in expediting service and maintain a smooth dining room flow with strong attention to cleanliness.

Responsibilities include assisting servers, maintaining health standards, describing menu items, answering questions, and replenishing supplies. Must be available for varied shifts and commit to teamwork and guest service excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum six months of related experience required.
• Able to work a varied schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with guests in English.
• Be flexible and adaptable to change.

Responsibilities

• Assist food servers and bus person with cleaning and resetting tables.
• Maintain cleanliness of restaurant per health code standards.
• Describe menu items accurately with proper verbiage.
• Answer menu questions including specials, beverages, and wine.
• Set up/replenish side station with china, glassware, and silverware.
• Set up/replenish side station with ice, dry goods, papers, juices, fruits, and garnishes.
• Keep work areas clean throughout the shift.
• Comply with health, safety, and labor regulations.
• Notify management of maintenance issues.
• Complete other duties as requested by management.

Job Description:

It is the primary responsibility of the Attendant - Plum Loung e is to assist the servers by cleaning tables and keeping side stations clean and well stocked as well as assisting the kitchen with expediting the service process in order to maintain the flow of service throughout the dining room.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist the food servers and bus person with cleaning and resetting the tables
• Perform all side work duties assigned and maintain the cleanliness of the restaurant within health code standards.
• Describe menu items accurately always using proper verbiage
• Answer any menu questions including specials, beverage menu and wine menu
• Set-up / Replenish side station with polished china , glassware and silverware throughout the shift
• Set-up / Replenish side station with ice, dry goods, paper products, juices, cut fruits, and garnishes throughout the shift
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the shift
• Fully understand and comply with all federal, state, county and municipal regulations that pertain to health, safety, and labor requirements of the restaurant, employees and guests
• Notify management of maintenance repair issues
• Complete other job- related duties as requested by management

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High Minimum six (6) months of related experience required
