Job summary

Hard Rock Casino Tejon is seeking an Attendant for the Plum Lounge to assist servers by cleaning tables, resetting dining areas, and expediting service to maintain flow. You will set up side stations with china, glassware, and silverware, answer menu questions, and ensure health and safety standards are met while supporting the kitchen and service team.

Candidates should have at least six months in a similar role, be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays, and communicate effectively in

Responsibilities

• Assist food servers and bus person with cleaning and resetting tables.
• Set up / replenish side stations with polished china, glassware, and silverware, ice, and supplies.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas and comply with health regulations.
• Describe menu items accurately and answer questions about specials and beverages.
• Notify management of maintenance or repair issues.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.
