Job Summary

The Outside Services Assistant provides professional and exceptional customer service to our Members and Guests by efficiently conducting Golf Operations outside services.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Assist golfers with loading bags, cleaning clubs, and preparing them for play, while offering suggestions on golf etiquette.
• Help post-round by cleaning clubs, delivering items to cars, and checking in golf carts.
• Be knowledgeable about club events, course conditions, and amenities to enhance Guest experience.
• Coordinate with other golf staff such as range attendants, cart attendants, and marshals to ensure seamless service.
• Interact professionally with Members/Guests, accommodating last-minute requests and changes.

About You

• Customer service experience, basic golf knowledge, and etiquette.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of proprietary company information and employee matters.
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors, exposed to temperature extremes and humidity.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
