Job Summary

The Outside Services Assistant provides exceptional customer service to our Members and Guests by efficiently conducting golf operations and assisting with outside services.

Responsibilities

1. Assist golfers by loading bags, cleaning clubs, and preparing them for play, while offering guidance on golf etiquette.
2. Post-round assistance including cleaning clubs, delivering them to cars, and checking in golf carts.
3. Stay informed about club events, course conditions, and amenities to enhance guest experience.
4. Coordinate with other golf staff such as range attendants, cart attendants, and marshals to ensure seamless service.
5. Interact professionally with Members/Guests, accommodating last-minute requests and changes.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience, basic golf knowledge, and etiquette.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information and sensitive matters.
• Comfort working outdoors and indoors, with exposure to extreme temperatures and humidity.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
