Job summary

Hard Rock Casino Tejon is seeking a team-oriented associate to handle sales transactions, bussing tables, and maintain a clean dining environment. You will also retrieve warehouse orders for the Employee Dining Room and assist in day-to-day operations.

The role requires flexible shifts, the ability to work holidays and weekends, and delivering excellent customer service with basic math skills in a fast-paced casino setting.

Responsibilities

• Handles all sales transactions and processes payments.
• Buses tables, cleans, sweeps, and mops the surrounding areas.
• Retrieves warehouse orders for the Employee Dining Room as needed.
• Maintains a neat and sanitary appearance of work area, utensils, and equipment.
• Ensures proper storage of stock from warehouse and cleans dining areas.
• Attends and participates in meetings and completes follow-up tasks.
• Delivers high-quality guest service and supports team members as a mentor.
