Job Summary

The Health Club Attendant promotes facility amenities, programs, and the Club while providing the Three Steps of Service to Members and guests. Responsibilities include assisting with Athletic/Spa operations and delivering quality service.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Supervise exercise floor activities, welcome Members, and connect with them during their visit.
• Maintain cleanliness and order of all fitness areas and equipment, assist with setup and teardown of athletic courts.
• Monitor Members' fitness needs, demonstrate equipment use, and assist Members with special needs.
• Facilitate Member connections through ongoing engagement and promotion of Club activities.
• Provide personalized services such as towels and water during workouts.
• Promote amenities and programs maintaining professionalism, including wearing a club-approved uniform.
• Perform end-of-day procedures as per Club guidelines.
• Complete daily assignments diligently.

Qualifications
