Why Bally's?

Bally's Corporation is a global casino-entertainment company with a growing omni-channel presence, owning and managing 15 casinos across 10 states, a golf course in New York, a horse racetrack in Colorado, and access to OSB licenses in 18 states. The recent acquisition of Aspers Casino in Newcastle, UK, expands its international footprint and enhances its entertainment offerings. Following the merger with The Queen Casino & Entertainment Inc., Bally's will add four casinos across three states, including a new location in Iowa, with over 900 employees, 2,400 slot machines, 50 table games, and 150 hotel rooms. Bally's will also gain a significant stake in a global lottery business via Intralot S.A.

Responsibilities:

• Clean rooms daily as directed by supervisor.
• Ensure the confidentiality and security of all guest rooms.
• Fill and process guest requests promptly.
• Provide courteous and friendly service to guests.
• Strip soiled linens and remake beds with clean linens.
• Dust all furniture and fixtures thoroughly.
• Clean bathrooms and vanity areas completely.
• Wash windows and ensure mirrors are spotless.
• Vacuum all assigned rooms thoroughly.
• Replace guest amenities in proper places.
• Keep linen cart organized and restock supplies before shift ends.
• Check collateral and lighting in rooms; turn in found liquor to supervisor.
• Operate all equipment correctly and follow procedures for lost and found items.
• Inform supervisor of early checkouts, refusals, or late services.
• Report maintenance issues to Room Inspectors.
• Must be able to stand, walk, sit, use hands, reach, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
• Lift and move up to 50 pounds frequently.
• Work for extended periods (7+ hours), including holidays and weekends.
• Follow Company Service Standards and other duties as assigned.
