Why Bally’s:

The Role:
As an EVS Attendant at Bally’s, you will ensure our guests have a welcoming experience by maintaining a clean, comfortable, and safe environment.

Responsibilities:

1. Foster an environment aligned with Bally’s Born to Entertain philosophy by creating a fun, entertaining atmosphere.
2. Promote Bally’s customer-centric culture, offering superior guest service and building long-lasting relationships.
3. Follow policies and procedures in line with regulatory requirements, safety protocols, internal controls, and organizational goals.
4. Assist in training and developing team members.
5. Clean floors, glass surfaces, restrooms, slots, and slot bases; perform spot cleaning as needed.
6. Complete daily cleaning projects as assigned.
7. Use cleaning chemicals and equipment safely, following manufacturer instructions, and wear protective gear when required.
8. Restock storage areas daily.
9. Suggest improvements to operations to enhance guest satisfaction and reduce costs.
10. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Able to obtain and maintain a gaming license from the Illinois Gaming Board.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable and dependable.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
