Responsibilities

What you’ll do

  • Ensure a positive customer experience by assisting clients proactively and communicating effectively.
  • Guide incoming customers to available parking spaces for a smooth parking process.
  • Monitor vehicle count on-site during your shift as needed.
  • Issue violation warnings to tenants and visitors violating garage policies; patrol parking levels as required.
  • Assist customers in locating their parked vehicles.
  • Maintain punctuality and uniform compliance for scheduled shifts.
  • Manage traffic flow at entrances and exits as necessary.
  • Support maintenance and repair of parking equipment and perform general tasks as directed by the Facility Manager.
  • Report accidents, violations, safety hazards, or unusual occurrences promptly to the Facility Manager.
  • Communicate issues such as debris or spills to the garage office.
  • Fill in for Valets when authorized and necessary.
  • Develop comprehensive knowledge of all garage areas, major streets, landmarks, and freeways to assist customers effectively.
  • Assist the Facility Manager with additional duties as required.
Qualifications

What you need

  • A valid state driver’s license, current address, and a clean driving record.
  • Ability to safely operate a vehicle with a manual transmission is a plus.
  • Availability to work flexible shifts, including second, third shifts, and weekends.
  • Proof of legal eligibility to work in the U.S. (provide valid documentation if hired).
  • Ability to communicate accurately and professionally with customers and colleagues.
  • Basic math skills for handling currency and understanding instructions, emails, and memos.
  • Ability to follow instructions and adapt calmly to changing situations.

Salary Range: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
