Job Description

Responsible for providing exceptional guest service on the Slot floor. Duties include:

  1. Assisting guests with questions, verifying and paying jackpot winnings, and completing required paperwork.
  2. Performing minor machine maintenance such as locking/unlocking doors, clearing jams, replenishing paper, and resetting machines.
  3. Completing written forms to document cash transactions and jackpot payouts accurately.
  4. Developing and maintaining a friendly rapport with customers and employees.
  5. Operating a hand-held radio and communicating clearly.
  6. Ensuring safety and cleanliness of the assigned areas and protecting company property and funds.
  7. Maintaining secure key controls at all times.
  8. Paying and verifying jackpot winnings and completing documentation.
Qualifications
  1. Must be at least 21 years old.
  2. Knowledge of gaming regulations and company policies.
  3. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  4. Ability to operate a two-way radio.
  5. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
  6. Ability to maneuver weights of fifty pounds.
  7. Ability to obtain and maintain necessary licenses and certifications.
