Job Description

Responsible for providing exceptional guest service on the Slot floor. Duties include assisting guests with questions, verifying and paying jackpot winnings, and completing necessary paperwork.

• Perform minor machine maintenance, such as unlocking machine doors, clearing jams, replenishing paper, and resetting machines.
• Complete written department forms to document cash transactions, jackpot payouts, etc., accurately and legibly.
• Develop and maintain a friendly rapport with customers and employees.
• Operate a hand-held radio and communicate clearly.
• Ensure the safety and cleanliness of the slot floor and protect company property and funds.
• Maintain secure key controls at all times.
• Pay and verify jackpot winnings and complete related documentation.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Knowledgeable about gaming regulations and company policies.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively via two-way radio.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Capable of maneuvering weights of up to fifty pounds.
• Must obtain and maintain necessary licenses and certifications.
