Location: UMASS Dartmouth

• We are hiring immediately for a seasonal ATTENDANT, CATERING position.
• Address: 285 Old Westport Rd, North Dartmouth MA 02747. Note: online applications accepted only.

• Requirement: Previous catering experience and excellent customer service skills preferred. Tips certification is a plus.

Job Summary

Delivers and serves food at scheduled functions under supervision. May drive a catering truck. Sets up and cleans event areas, returns leftovers, and ensures a neat environment.

Essential Duties

• Assembles and delivers food and supplies.
• Maintains food temperatures and arranges tables and decorations.
• Serves food and beverages, cleans locations, and returns equipment.
• Distributes comment cards and maintains equipment.
• Ensures courteous service and maintains knowledge of menu items.
• Follows safety and sanitation policies.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license may be required.
• Must obtain or possess a valid food handler’s permit and/or alcohol servers' permit as required by law.
