Job summary

The Attendant/Cashier at Mohegan Sun is responsible for point of sale transactions and guest service for Food and Beverage customers, ensuring accuracy and a friendly welcome. You will handle orders, process payments, and help maintain clean, inviting service areas.

Role requires good communication in English, previous food service or cashier experience, and the ability to stand for long periods with occasional lifting.

Minimum Education and Qualifications

Competencies

Incumbent will master the following competencies while in this position: Knowledge of spirits, beers, wines, glassware, garnishes and beverage service techniques Knowledge and skill in all check reconciliation procedures including, cash, comps, credit cards, coupons, players club points, vouchers and gift cards

Training Requirements

Previous food server or cashiering experience

Physical Demands and Work Environment

Must be able to stand for long periods of time with frequent lifting and bending Must be able to work various shifts and flexible hours
