Job summary

Granite State Independent Living (GSIL) is hiring Attendant Care Employees (ACE) on a per diem basis in New Hampshire, offering flexible schedules set by consumers.

You will support daily living activities, in-home care, and community assistance, with training provided; LNA license not required, must be 18+, and must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• LNA license is not required.
• High school diploma not required.
• Must be 18 years old.
• Must be able to lift, push and pull up to 50 pounds or more.
• Adequate car insurance if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, toileting, transferring, eating).
• Provide in-home care.
• Range of motion/exercises.
• Laundry, meal preparation, housekeeping, organization etc.
• Assisting with ambulation and transfers.
• Use of mechanical lifting devices (training provided).
• Medication reminders and support in the community.

As an ACE for Granite State Independent Living, you can make a meaningful impact by providing compassionate support to our consumers and promoting their independence.

Flexible schedules: Ranging from hours a week (Schedules set by consumers).

Job Types:

Per Diem.

Salary:

$18.00 per hour.

ACE Qualifications Include

• LNA License is NOT required for this position.

• Adequate car insurance (if applicable).

ACE Duties And Responsibilities

• Activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, toileting, transferring, eating).
• Provide in-home care.
• Range of motion/exercises.
• Laundry, meal preparation, housekeeping, organization etc.
• Assisting with ambulation and transfers.
• Use of mechanical lifting devices (will provide training if necessary).
• Medication assistance (reminding a consumer of when it is time to take their medication).
• Providing support in the community with running errands.
