Job summary

Granite State Independent Living (GSIL) is seeking an Attendant Care Employee (ACE) in Concord, NH. This per diem role offers compassionate home support and promotes consumer independence.

Flexible 22–10 hour weeks, with schedules set by consumers. Salary ranges $18.00–$22.00 per hour. LNA not required; must be 18+, able to lift up to 50 lbs, and have adequate car insurance if applicable.

Qualifications

• LNA license is NOT required for this position.
• High school diploma not required for this position.
• Must be 18 years old.
• Must be able to frequently lift, push and pull up to 50 pounds or more.
• Adequate car insurance (if applicable).

Responsibilities

• Activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, toileting, transferring, eating).
• Provide in-home care.
• Range of motion/exercises.
• Laundry, meal preparation, housekeeping, organization etc.
• Assisting with ambulation and transfers.
• Use of mechanical lifting devices (will provide training if necessary).
• Medication assistance (reminding a consumer of when it is time to take their medication).
• Providing support in the community with running errands.
