Job summary

Granite State Independent Living (GSIL) has an immediate opening for an Attendant Care Employee (ACE) in Concord, NH. As an ACE, you will provide compassionate in-home support to promote independence and improve quality of life for our consumers.

Flexible schedules are set by consumers, with 22-10 hours per week and per diem job type. The role includes activities of daily living, in-home care, ROM exercises, and assistance with daily tasks, errands, and medication reminders.

Qualifications

• LNA license is not required for this ACE position.
• High school diploma is not required for this ACE position.
• Must be 18 years old.
• Must be able to frequently lift, push and pull up to 50 pounds or more.
• Adequate car insurance (if applicable).

Responsibilities

• Activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, toileting, transferring, eating).
• Provide in-home care.
• Range of motion/exercises.
• Laundry, meal preparation, housekeeping, organization etc.

Job Types: Per Diem.

Salary: $18.00-22.00 per hour.

ACE Qualifications include:

ACE Duties and Responsibilities:

• Activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, toileting, transferring, eating).


• Provide in-home care.


• Range of motion/exercises.


• Laundry, meal preparation, housekeeping, organization etc.


• Assisting with ambulation and transfers.


• Use of mechanical lifting devices (will provide training if necessary).


• Medication assistance (reminding a consumer of when it is time to take their medication).


• Providing support in the community with running errands.
