Job summary

Outrigger Kona Resort Manager LLC is seeking a guest-facing position focused on delivering the aloha spirit. Responsibilities include assisting guests, loading/unloading luggage, and coordinating ground transportation to ensure a seamless stay.

The role requires a strong service mindset, flexibility across shifts, and the ability to work well with others in a hospitality environment. Base pay is $16.00/hour plus gratuity, with typical benefits to follow.

Qualifications

• Must have a strong service oriented attitude and be able to work well with others.
• Minimum 3 years clear driving abstract.

Responsibilities

• Exemplifies the image of “Aloha” while assisting guests in accordance with Outrigger policies and procedures.
• Loads and unloads guests’ baggage and delivers them to respective rooms.
• Assists with arranging ground transportation.
• Provides information to guests.
• Delivers amenities.
• Keeps driveway presentable.
• Coordinates traffic/deliveries.
• Must be able to work flexible days and shifts and have a strong service oriented attitude and able to work well with others.
