Job summary

About the Role:

As an assisted living attendant, you play a critical role in providing compassionate and personalized care to senior residents within our senior community. This role requires an individual who can accept responsibility for completion of tasks without immediate supervision at all times. Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in assisted living, elder care, or a related caregiving role preferred, not required.
• Established paid orientation and training process
• Ability to pass background checks and meet state-specific requirements for assisted living attendants.
• Strong communication skills and a compassionate, patient demeanor.
• Dependability, Good Attendance Record
• Willing to complete onsite paid training program and orientations as needed

Responsibilities:

Skills:

The required skills such as effective communication and compassionate caregiving are essential for daily interactions with residents, ensuring their needs are understood and met with empathy. As a "one-assist" facility, our residents do not require the use of a mechanical lift or physical lift. Dietary serving or housekeeping experience will be a plus. Attention to detail and organizational skills are used to comply with regulatory standards and maintain accurate care records. Physical stamina and mobility support skills enable attendants to assist residents safely with needs.
