Aufgaben

• Maintains student attendance and related records using computerized systems.
• Prepares attendance-related reports for principal and district use (attendance summaries, enrollment reports, census counts).
• Answer phones and assist parents with inquiries.
• Provide information on attendance policies and procedures.
• Secure requested information and maintain records of materials removed; trace missing records.
• Clear files at designated intervals under supervision.
• Assist school registrar as directed by the principal.
• Handle registration and withdrawal of students and monitor teacher attendance.
• Complete various attendance reports as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
