Responsibilities

• Coordinate attendance tracking and compliance using school information systems.
• Input attendance data, sign-ins/outs, and generate reports.
• Verify excuses and generate letters or reports as needed.
• Maintain confidential attendance records and ensure state compliance.
• Flag chronic absenteeism and truancy for administration.
• Communicate with families about unexcused absences.
• Provide attendance reports to school administrators.
• Support administrative staff and monitor faculty data entry.
• Coordinate eligibility lists for early release or programs.
• Promote the Catholic school mission and design daily TV announcements.
