Job summary

SANY America is seeking a Product Manager for High Horsepower CTLs in the North American market. This on-site role in Peachtree City, GA, focuses on owning the product lifecycle from concept to market launch and continuous improvement.

You will serve as the technical and commercial expert, coordinating with Engineering, Manufacturing, Sales, Service, Dealers, Marketing, and customers to develop competitive CTLs, support new product introductions, and drive VOC-driven improvements for long-term

Qualifications

10+ years in product management, engineering, or product development in construction equipment.
Strong knowledge of CTLs, hydraulics, powertrain, engines, electrical systems, and diagnostics.
Experience with NPI, product validation, and competitive benchmarking.
Excellent communication, project management, and cross-functional leadership.

Responsibilities

Manage product lifecycle from concept through launch and continuous improvement.
Lead North American NPI activities and ensure launch readiness including docs, training, service, and parts.
Act as technical expert for CTL products during development and field issue resolution.
Conduct market research and VOC to define product requirements.
Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Sales, Service, and Marketing on launches and improvements.
Monitor quality, warranty trends, and customer feedback to drive corrective actions.
Support dealers, key customers, product demos, and technical training.
Develop specifications, pricing recommendations, and long-term roadmaps for NA market.
